Testimony: The Sunflower community has very clear and structured systems that support educarers in many ways. The new staff introductory program, the friendly colleagues and the supportive centre managers have helped me to get started as a teacher quickly. As a novice teacher, I feel that I have very good guidance from the centre manager and the Sunflower community. There is ongoing training that has refined my various skills. There is an encouraging team that aided me whenever I needed help. Teachers and staff are willing to cover and help one other. Thanks to the collaborative vibe, I feel proud to work in the Sunflower community.

Testimony: At Sunflower, I have had many opportunities to plan events to contribute in the things that I’m interested in like gardening, event planning, and despite my young age I fully appreciate the trust that has been placed in my abilities which have allowed me to mentor fellow colleagues, and conduct and plan workshops for our school community and families.

The opportunity to shape the educational journey of children in their formative years, alongside a dedicated team, resonated deeply with my desire to make a meaningful impact. Till today, I am still excited to lead and innovate, ensuring every child receives the best start to their educational journey.
